Aerodynamics

It is one of our early works that we started in 1993. That was the time when, having just left the Mitki group, we embarked on our personal project. We began to work in a totally different manner. We had very few skills then and it took us exceptionally long, months at times, to paint a picture.

The joint work made us tune up our personal manners too.

The composition of this painting is simple, the basic underlying ideas here being the concentrated movement, the wind in the face, the inability to stand still. Perhaps, this was exactly how we felt at that moment, thrilled and challenged by new prospects ahead.
