Angels Sent out on a Mission to Minister

The painting Angels sent out on a mission to minister is burden with a conflict.

The angel is depicted as a human but I am far from being anthropocentric as the humanity has long ago discredited itself. Anthropocentrism underlies the consumer attitude towards nature, justifies the exploitation and extermination of other forms of life. While idealizing the man in this work, portraying him in the image of a Renaissance angel, I add a footnote to say that the man, though beautiful as an angel, is no longer the center of the universe.
